The House Hunt

I started thinking that maybe I should blog about something other than infertility.  Otherwise, this blog might get very depressing really quickly.  Besides, it will take my mind off of things and hopefully will prevent me from roundhouse kicking a certain nurse in the face.  (Roundhouse kick: that's a thing, right? My dad and Patrick Swayze would be proud.)
Anyway, we were under contract on an amazing house about 2 weeks ago.  It was a foreclosure, and we thought it was perfect (except for the synthetic stucco).  Then we had it inspected.  Ouch.  There were issues with the stucco and mold and RATS.  As in vermin.  Our cats were SO excited.  After sleeping on it though, we decided it was not the house for us.  We are still very disappointed and speak of this house often.  However, the search continues, and our buyer's agents are awesome.  (They're twins.  If you need a recommendation, let me know.)  We've looked at many more houses, but nothing has tickled our fancy as of yet.  So, if you know of anyone that has a cheap mansion for sale with at least 4 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a basement, a pool and hot tub, a huge yard, preferably in the city limits or at least in Natasha's neighborhood, please advise.  I think we might be searching for the chupacabra, but it is fun to look!
